Jardin Recoleta
In a country where it rains for more than half the year, transforming an underutilized garden into a year-round functional space was essential.
The design proposal for the Jardin de la Recoleta went far beyond simply creating a covered outdoor area, we sought to turn the garden into a small "green lung" in the heart of the city, allowing visitors to forget—if only for a moment—the urban pace and chaos.
The integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, the use of natural materials, and the prominence of vegetation were key elements in the design of this extension of the café.
